WHAT’S AFFINITY CLUB HISPANITAS?
By joining "Affinity Club Hispanitas", you will benefit from a great many advantages which are exclusive for members. What’s more, you will profit from cumulative discounts, exclusive special offers and take advantage of extra benefits when using your Hispanitas Affinity card.
You only need to apply for it at any Hispanitas store in Spain, Portugal or in our online store. It’s very easy!
The card is personal and non-transferable and its holder must be an individual, legally of age and resident in Spain. Spanish ID card or NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) will be requested when registering.
Professional clients and companies are excluded from the program and cannot be part of the Hispanitas Affinity Club.
Our loyalty programme is based on the General Conditions stated in this agreement with LYC tiendas SL, with address: Petrer, Alicante, Salinetas Industrial Park, 45 de la Libertad Avenue with VAT number (CIF) B-53663076. Members give their consent and acknowledge them after having read them.
How to become a member:

Read our General Conditions, complete your personal information when requested and accept our General Conditions by signing. After that, we will provide you with registration proof where the advantages of being a club member will be briefly listed, together with your member number, which you will find on the back of the card.
You will receive an email with your confirmation and a copy of the signed General Conditions within 24 hours. These are at our members’ disposal on our webpage www.hispanitas.com, as well as at our stores.
In the event of card loss and/or theft or any other business, do not hesitate to contact our customer service by calling +34 965 373 056 from 10 to 13 and from 16 to 18 from Monday to Thursday and from 10 to 14 on Fridays.
Online:
Read our General Conditions, complete your personal information when requested and accept our General Conditions by filling in the registration form in Affinity. After that, we will provide you with registration proof where the advantages of being a club member will be briefly listed, together with your member number, which you will find on the back of the card.

USE AND ADVANTAGES
1. After registration, every time you shop in any Hispanitas store in Spain, Portugal or online, you should either show your Hispanitas card at the till or identify yourself as a member. Your purchases will be recorded on the card.
2. Each member will be provided with a 5% cumulative discount depending on purchases made at any Hispanitas store in Spain, Portugal or online. This cumulative discount can be redeemed at any Hispanitas store, either in Spain or Portugal, the day after the purchase or online 14 days after the purchase and only for seasonal products. Your cumulative gain will expire one year after your last purchase. In the event of a refund, either full or partial, the card, Spanish ID or NIE will be necessary and that purchase’s cumulative gain will be deducted.
3. Return your purchases without the receipt. All your purchases will be recorded on our data base, so when returning a purchase, you only need to go to one of our stores with your Hispanitas card.
4. If you fancy a product in our brick-and-mortar stores, you can make a reservation and get it within one week.
5. Affinity club organises special parties which you may attend with your friends.
6. During your birthday’s week, a special gift will be waiting for you at your usual store. You can also go to page “Birthday gift” on our online store.
CANCELLATION
1. Hispanitas may cancel your Affinity Club card in case of non-compliance with the obligations hereby undertaken or in case of fraudulent, speculative or in bad faith behaviour. In such events, the withdrawal of your Affinity card will be notified by post, email or fax to the address provided.
2. You may cancel your card at any moment notifying Hispanitas in writing (post, email, fax) attaching a copy of your Spanish ID or NIE.
3. The card cancellation implies the loss of every right related to its use.
4. Hispanitas reserves the right to cancel the Affinity Club programme at any moment. In that case, members will be entitled to use their cumulative gain during three months after the programme’s cancellation, which will be notified by post, email, fax or at our stores.
CHANGES
In the event of commercial or sale conditions amendment, Hispanitas may amend its current conditions after posting them on its webpage www.hispanitas.com as well as in its points-of-sale. Moreover, each member will be notified of these amendments and their cause by email or fax to the address provided.
Should you not agree with these amendments, you may cancel your card by taking it back to Hispanitas.
PRIVACY
Members are notified that their personal details will be kept in a file for commercial purposes, as well as advertisement management and commercial research. Members give therefore authorization to be sent commercial messages related to Hispanitas’ products, services, offers and news either by post, email or any other electronic mean.
For personal details processing purposes, members authorise Hispanitas to provide the company Emboga S.A. with address: Petrer, Alicante, Salinetas Industrial Park , 44, de la Libertad Avenue, with VAT number (CIF) A-03326121, as well as other companies related to Hispanitas and related collection management, assistance or messaging organizations, with your personal details. This has the purpose of supplying the agreed services or collection in accordance to Spanish legislation on Personal Data Protection.
It’s mandatory to fill in all details required by Hispanitas before becoming a member. Members have the right to access their personal information in order to modify it, cancel it and object it in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th December on Personal Data Protection. For all pertinent purposes, members are hereby notified that the company LYC tiendas SL, with address in 10, Guirney (del) Avenue, zip code: 03610 in Petrer, Alicante whose VAT number (CIF) is B53663076 is responsible for the file above mentioned.
APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions are subject to the legislation of the country where members have their usual residence.
