Join the Affinity Club

Do you want to return a Hispanitas product?

Don't worry! You have 15 days to do so, or 30 days if you are a member of our Affinity Club. All our returns are free if the product is not used or damaged.

Place the product to be returned in its original box with the delivery slip.

- Find the product you want to return in your customer area and click on “Return items” or click on this link and enter the order number and the email you used to make the purchase.
- You will access the Rever returns portal (the company that manages our returns).
- Select the model and the reason for the return.
- Choose a refund method.
- Decide how and when you want to make the return.
- Once these steps are completed, you will receive an email from REVER with the return confirmation.
