Exchanges and returns
Do you want to exchange or return a Hispanitas product?
Don’t worry! You have 15 days to do so, or 30 days if you are a member of our Affinity Club.
If you choose to drop off the package at a delivery point, the service will be free of charge. If you prefer us to collect it from your home, the cost will be €3.95.
Please remember that the product must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.
Place the product to be returned in its original box with the delivery slip.
- Click on this link and enter the order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Select the model and the reason for the exchange/return.
- Choose a refund method or the reason for the exchange.
- Decide how and when you want to make the exchange/return.
- Once these steps have been completed, you will receive an email confirming the return.
